The Six Elderflower Spritz

A Spritz is the ultimate sparkling drink. Six Elderflower brings a beautiful balance of fresh, floral notes, and Prosecco adds a wonderful sense of occasion.

You’ll need

• 25ml Six Elderflower

• 125ml Prosecco

• 50ml soda water

• Ice

• Dried or frozen fruit, or a twist of lemon, to garnish

How to make it

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Six Elderflower, then top up with Prosecco and soda. Stir gently and garnish.

Make it your own

The same recipe works with every Six flavour. Try Blackberry for something richer, or Strawberry for summer.

One 70cl bottle makes 28 spritzes.
